We are a 24/7 organization. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to each unique patient experience. As your DME supplier, we often represent the families’ first experience into hospice care when the initial delivery is made. Our extensive hiring and training program prepares our Patient Service Technicians for the critical role of representing our hospice partners. We have developed a specific training program for our Patient Service Technicians called “First In Last Out”. We are often the family's first contact with Hospice and as such, we play a pivotal role in the introduction to Hospice. This is critical as it provides comfort and dignity with the decision supporting end-of-life care. Empathy and compassion are also needed during the last contact with each patient family. Our employees are trained to be an extension of our Hospice partners.
Our DME management software ensures that each stage of service is seamlessly carried out from the initial order to the last. Detailed reporting and tracking of KPI's allow key decision-makers to manage cost and effectiveness throughout the DME process. Our emergency disaster mapping allows for instant location of patients with equipment needs that may be affected. All of these software benefits are included with every hospice partnership.
